Thank you Jess Mauceri for teaching us how to cook delicious nutritious foods that kids will actually eat in our Basking Ridge location last week! We learned about misconceptions of boxed foods and not to listen to the "natural" label but rather dive right into the ingredients. Some of her top recommendations:   - Give kids a choice - the more options the more they will want to try - Try cocoa instead of typical chocolate- Use oil & vinegars instead of pre made salad dressings - Replace white sugar with coconut sugar - Make your own fruit roll ups from dehydrated organic fruit rather than buying conventional boxed brands- Homemade frozen pops are delicious, nutritious & super easy to make.
