We love yogurt bowls because they are so simple to make and full of gut healthy probiotics!

This certain combination brings on the antioxidants and fiber from the fresh organic berries. It's a delicious way to fuel your energy so you are ready to face whatever the day may bring! 

The best part: almost every ingredient is one sale this week. 

Ingredients: 
  • 1 Plain Forager Cashewgurt (July Monthly Sale 2/$3)** 
  • 1 Tbsp Stony Brook Maple Pepitas -- Finger Lakes grown locally!
  • 1/2 Tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1/2 Tbsp coconut shavings
  • Handful of raspberries (Dean's List Sale $2.99/ea.)*
  • Handful of blueberries (Dean's List Sale $2.99/ea.)*
  • Handful of strawberries (Dean's List Sale $3.99/ea.)*

Instructions: 
  1. Place the yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Add the washed fruit.
  3. Top with the seeds and coconut. 
  4. Serve and enjoy!
