Bored with drinking your daily green smoothie?! 

Then this recipe is for you! It's loaded with beautiful greens and customizable toppings. Plus, most of the ingredients are on sale this week and it can be whipped up in 5 minutes! 


Smoothie Base

  • 1 organic bananas (May Monthly Sale: 69¢/lb.)**
  • 1/2 cup organic mango, diced (Dean's List Weekly Sale: 10/$10)*
  • 3 handfuls organic kale, about half a small bunch (Dean's List Weekly Sale: 2/$3)*
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk {or preferred milk} 
  • optional: 1 tsp. spirulina -- we love using it for it's detoxifying properties 
Topping Options, Get Creative! 
  • hemp seeds
  • fresh diced fruit - organic raspberries (Dean's List Weekly Sale: $3.99/ea.)*
  • chia seeds
  • shredded coconut
  • bee pollen
  • goji berries
  1. Combine all of the base smoothie ingredients in a blender and process until totally smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and layer on the toppings. We used sliced mango, hemp seeds, raspberries and shredded coconut!
