It doesn't get much easier than this. If you can turn on a stove and dump things into a pot, you can make this delicious semi-homemade organic vegetarian soup. Prep Time: 5 Minutes Cook Time: 15-20 Minutes Serves: 4-5 Ingredients
  • 1 Can Crushed Organic Tomatoes
  • 1 Box Organic Vegetable Broth -- we used Field Day
  • 1 Can Organic Navy Beans -- we used Field Day
  • 1 Box Organic Tortellini  -- we used Artisola
  • 1 Bag Organic Frozen Spinach or Kale -- we used Woodstock
Optional:
  • Chopped Organic Basil
  • Chopped Organic Parsley
  • Parmesan Cheese -- we used Organic Valley
Instructions
  1. Take a large pot and place it on your stove at medium-high heat.
  2. Pour all of the ingredients (except parmesan if using) into the pot.
  3. Let cook for 15-20 minutes, or until it starts to simmer.
  4. Reduce to low heat and serve with parmesan cheese (if using).
