We'll give up chicken wings in a heartbeat for these tasty little bites. Delicious as a main dish served with rice or as an appetizer, all you need for this recipe is 20 minutes and 5 ingredients--many of which you probably already have in your pantry.   Ingredients:
  • 1 large head of cauliflower, broken up into bite-sized florets
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon regular or vegan butter, melted - we used Earth Balance
  • ¾ cup hot sauce - we used Born to Hula; it's locally made right in Highlands, NJ!
  1. Preheat the oven to 450F.
  2. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil. Set aside.
  3. Mix the garlic powder, salt, pepper, melted butter, and hot sauce in a small bowl.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets into a large bowl or gallon-sized bag, and add the buffalo sauce. Toss/shake until the cauliflower florets are fully coated.
  5. Spread on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve with ranch or bleu cheese dressing - Hilary's and Follow Your Heart are great vegan options
  8. Enjoy!
