We'll give up chicken wings in a heartbeat for these tasty little bites. Delicious as a main dish served with rice or as an appetizer, all you need for this recipe is 20 minutes and 5 ingredients--many of which you probably already have in your pantry.

- 1 large head of cauliflower, broken up into bite-sized florets
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tablespoon regular or vegan butter, melted - we used Earth Balance
- ¾ cup hot sauce - we used Born to Hula; it's locally made right in Highlands, NJ!

- Preheat the oven to 450F.
- Spray a baking sheet with olive oil. Set aside.
- Mix the garlic powder, salt, pepper, melted butter, and hot sauce in a small bowl.
- Add the cauliflower florets into a large bowl or gallon-sized bag, and add the buffalo sauce. Toss/shake until the cauliflower florets are fully coated.
- Spread on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
