Cooking Time: 5 minutes Serving: 1  INGREDIENTS
  • 1 peeled banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1-2 tbsp. unrefined coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
  • Optional:
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1 tsp. cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Beat egg in bowl.
  2. Add banana and completely mash and mix with egg.
  3. Add sea salt.
  4. Add coconut oil to frying pan and heat to med low.
  5. When melted, spoon/pour batter to form pancakes in pan.
  6. When dried and crispy on outside edges, flip.
Enjoy this yummy breakfast filled with protein and good fats that will leave you full and satisfied.
