So you LOVE pizza, but can't handle the gluten? Give this Cauliflower Pizza Crust a try!   It may sound different, but this crust is BOM DOT COM! It's incredibly easy to make, gluten-free, and much healthier than traditional pizza crusts. You won't even be able to taste a difference once it's covered in your favorite toppings ;)   Ingredients:
  • 2 cups ground raw organic cauliflower florets--about 1 small head
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon onion or garlic powder (Optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of nutritional yeast (Optional)
    Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
  2. Chop cauliflower into florets.
  3. Using a food processor, pulse cauliflower until it's the consistency of rice (not too long or it will get mushy)
  4. Whisk eggs, and mix in salt, pepper, almond flour, and cauliflower.
  5. Press “dough” into a ball, and "knead" a few times to stick everything together.
  6. Line a baking pan with greased parchment paper and press dough into a 1/4 inch thick circle, dusting a bit more almond flour if it makes it easier for you to work with.
  7. Bake crust for 15 minutes before adding desired toppings.
