This creamy, thick, nutritionally dense chocolate avocado pudding takes just 6 ingredients, is naturally sweetened with dates, and is so delicious :)
  • Avocados are rich in healthy fats, folate, carotenoids and are extremely heart healthy.
  • Bananas provide Vitamin B6, potassium, and fiber.
  • Chocolate provides antioxidants and magnesium.
  • Almond butter adds protein and even more healthy fats.
Who said you can't have your cake... er, pudding... and eat it too?! Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ripe organic avocados
  • 1 large ripe organic banana
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder -- we used Sunfood
  • 1/2 cup almond butter -- we used Dean's freshly ground almond butter
  • 2 dates
  • 1/4 cup Silk almond milk
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until creamy and smooth.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  3. Optional: top with crushed nuts or raw cacao nibs.
  4. Enjoy!
