This fun and colorful smoothie isn't just Instragrammable, it's also insanely yummy.   Ingredients:   Pitaya Base
  • 1/2 cup frozen pitaya cubes or 1 smoothie pack (we used Pitaya Plus)
  • 1 frozen banana, quartered
  • 1 spoonful plain yogurt (we used Siggis)
  • 1 tbsp agave (optional)
  • 2-4 tbsp coconut water -- just enough to get the smoothie to mix (we used Harvest Bay)
  Mango Swirl
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango, cubed
  • 1 spoonful plain yogurt
  • 2-4 tbsp coconut water -- just enough to get the smoothie to mix
  Instructions:
  1. Add all of the Pitaya Base ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. If more liquid is needed, add more coconut water gradually--you want the smoothie to be on the thicker side.
  2. Set Pitaya base aside and rinse out your blender.
  3. Add all of the Mango Swirl ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. If more liquid is needed, add more coconut water gradually--you want the swirl to be on the thicker side as well.
  4. Layer the Pitaya Base and Mango Swirl into your glass.
  5. To achieve the tie-dye look, gently stick a skewer or butter knife straight down and drag it slowly back up along the side of the glass.
  6. Snap a pic, show off your masterpiece on Instagram, and enjoy :)
