- 3-4 curly kale leaves, de-stemmed and torn into pieces
- 1 bunch of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cucumber, quartered
- 1/3 cup green olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds

- 1/3 cup hemp seeds
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Woodstock Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon Bragg's Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for the salad and mix.
- Combine all ingredients for the Caesar salad dressing in blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
