Curbside Pick Up

We are now accepting orders for curbside pick-up at all Dean’s locations. Our stores are still open for you to shop in as well, and we are still offering delivery through Instacart (for groceries) and the Dean’s mobile app (for Juice Bar & Deli) where available. 

A flat $10 fee will be applied to ALL curbside pick up orders. Understandably, there has been a high demand for curbside pick up. While we want to do everything we can to make our customers feel safe, unfortunately, we don’t currently have a digital system in place or dedicated staff to support this. Therefore, our staff is working tirelessly to take your orders, shop and check out for you, all while maintaining a safe, sanitary and stocked store for our customers. This fee will help us cover the extra labor and precautions for our staff, who are putting themselves at risk everyday. We appreciate your understanding on this matter. 

 

How to place an order for curbside pick up:
We do not have an online system for taking orders. The best way to submit an order is by sending an email with your name, phone number and desired items to the email address below of the location where you would like to pick up. (For your safety, please DO NOT email your credit card information). Please DO NOT send your order through our contact webform, this will only delay your order. Please ONLY email the location where you would like to pick up.  If you are unable to send an email, you may also call the store.

 

The deadline for placing curbside orders is 6pm Monday through Saturday and 5pm on Sundays.

You will receive a response once the email is received.  You will not be able to add or delete items once your order is received, but you may start a new order.

 

Once a staff member has shopped all your items, they will call you for payment, let you know of any substitutions or out of stock items and let you know when your order will be ready for pick up.  Our staff is doing their best to process orders as they come in, and most orders will be available for pick up the same day. However, orders placed later in the day may not be available until the following day.

 

When you arrive to pick up your order, call the store and press “0” to let customer service know you have arrived. Someone will be right out with your order.
