Free Meditation: KYDS Mindful Mondays

Join Konscious Youth Development & Service as they take you through a mindfulness & meditation practice that will help calm your mind, minimize your stress and bring you to a deeper state of relaxation.
This FREE class consists of mindfulness and meditation techniques to help one develop their self-awareness, manage their emotions and find internal balance. The practice will end with a discussion on how to bring mindfulness into our daily lives to enhance the practice.
This class will benefit all who practice meditation or those seeking to learn how to meditate. Class will be held on every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month from 6pm-7pm and is free. Donations are welcome to support the growth of our organization.
