From beginner to an experienced athlete, revolutionary approaches to running and walking/hiking are helping individuals develop safe, effective, lifelong fitness programs. The approaches are called ChiRunning (“chee-running”) and ChiWalking; they combine T’ai Chi principles with running and walking. But, you don’t need to know T’ai Chi to enjoy the benefits.

Join us for an informational seminar on ChiRunning and ChiWalking. This interactive seminar will share the key principles and include simple (optional) standing posture exercises to provide a sense for the benefits. No experience or special attire is necessary.
