Prep Time: 5-7 minutes Serving: 1 (recipe can be multiplied) INGREDIENTS Miyoko's Classic Double Cream Chive vegan cheese 1/2 Avocado, sliced 4 - 5 Slices of cucumber 1 - 2 Romaine lettuce leaves 2 Slices Food For Life Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Bread INSTRUCTIONS Spread a generous amount of Miyoko's vegan cheese on both slices of bread. Assemble the rest of the ingredients onto the bread, combine slices, and enjoy!

Cooking Time: 5 minutes Serving: 1  INGREDIENTS 1 peeled banana 1 egg 1-2 tbsp. unrefined coconut oil 1/4 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt Optional: 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp. cinnamon INSTRUCTIONS Beat egg in bowl. Add banana and completely mash and mix with egg. Add sea salt. Add coconut oil to frying pan and heat to med low. When melted, spoon/pour batter to form pancakes in pan. When dried and crispy on outside edges, flip. Enjoy this yummy breakfast filled with protein and good fats that will leave you full and satisfied.
