This delicious and refreshing drink is just what you need to kick off your summer!   Ingredients: 1 6oz. package organic blackberries 2/3 c Harmless Harvest coconut water 1 lemon, juiced 1/4 - 1/2 tsp natural sweetener of choice (we used agave) 3 cups ice   Optional: 2 pinches Himalayan sea salt Top with seltzer (we used Polar Toasted Coconut)     Instructions: Add blackberries, coconut water, and lemon juice into a blender; blend until smooth Strain out seeds (optional) Add mixture back to blender along with ice and sweetener (and salt if using); blend until desired texture is achieved Top with seltzer if you like bubbles! (optional)
