CHESTER October 16, 2016 -- Dean's Natural Food Market has been selected as the 2016 winner of the 'People's Choice Award' for Best Chili at the Chester Food Festival. The Food Fest, returning to the Harvest Celebration, for a third year, featured chili, soup, and dessert cook-offs. There were 18 food options from 12 contestants (all Morris County restaurants)--all were judged by a special panel in a blind taste test, as well as the public, who voted for a people’s choice winner.
