Hummus Toast is officially a thing! We tried out a few toppings to pair with Lilly’s roasted red pepper hummus, black bean hummus, and their classic hummus. 1 - Roasted red pepper hummus topped with a quick saute of beets, red onions, and pomegranate seeds. Chop a beet into bite-sized pieces. Sautee in a pan with a little melted coconut oil, water, and balsamic vinegar. Add diced red onion and season with salt and pepper.
