It's always a pleasure having Jessica Jarmer teach us how to make delicious vegan food at home, but these classes were extra DELICIOUS - we made vegan chick'n kebabs and no oil potato salad. This recipe is a prime example of what a typical weeknight meal looks for us, it can be whipped up in under 25 minutes! This Curried Cauliflower Rice takes less time to make than it takes to order takeout!
